I had been there 2 times and I loved! They respond super quick! Nice place, safe and quiet!
❌❌❌ We had an awful experience with Evonify. We booked this place for 3 nights, straight after landing New Jersey from Melbourne, Australia. I had a 28-hour flight, I was so exhausted as I didn’t have any sleep on the airplane. After checking in at 5pm, we went out for dinner, when we came back at 8:00pm, we wanted to take a shower and we found out that the place has NO HOT WATER at all. ❌❌❌. I couldn’t take a shower due to the water in the shower was so cold. My partner checked the hot water unit and found out that the heating element was dead. The light was not on. We informed Evonify about this issue right away and they said they will send someone out but we waited for hours but no one came. There was negative reviews about this place had no hot water from previous guest, I thought they already fix it but they didn’t. I couldn’t stay with no hot water and ended up being homeless on the street but when I asked for a refund, the host did not say Yes but told me to deal with Airbnb. ❌
This property was definitely a hidden gem . I enjoyed my stay ,it was very well put together. There was lots of space felt right at home . the area is very nice local grocery store which was a bonus because it was in walking distance. GREAT COMMUNICATION between me and the host . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
