The studio itself was beautiful the complex could’ve been more clean. The host responded fast in the beginning, when we first walked in after a 4 hour drive here we had an issue where the last people made a mess and the cleaning people didn’t clean when we arrived. We were compensated but trying to reach an agreement was difficult.
First time leaving a review like this, but I feel that future guests should know... The apartment was infested with roaches and flies, so much so that I requested a full refund which Evonify denied me. After speaking with Airbnb directly, they gave me a 100% refund. The apartment shown in the airbnb listing, is not the apartment that I stayed in. I would be extremely cautious when renting from this host.
Very responsive, but since they're managed by multiple people, tend to have communication issues. For example, it felt like I was always talking to a new person who wasn't reading the previous conversation, which led to a lack of understanding. Upon check-in, there were broken/flickering lights, missing shower curtain, and missing microwave glass tray. Missing shower curtain fixed promptly on same day of issue being communicated. However, communication regarding when the handyman would arrive was lacking. I was told I would be notified in advance prior to his arrival, but handyman randomly showed up at door.
