- 10-15 minutes drive from Logan Airport.
- 5 minutes walking from Boston Medical Center.
- 20 minutes walking from Mass Ave subway station orange line.
The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x king size bed
- 1x full bathroom and 1x half bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer available in the building for a fee.
Parking:
- Parking is not available.
- Street meter parking is free from 8pm until 6am
- We don't advise bringing a car to Boston.
- Use the spothero app to find alternative parking solutions.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed for a fee.
- The fee depends on the length of the stay and ranges from $25 per night to $7.
- You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
Check-in:
- Self flexible check-in.
- Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time.
- The check-in instruction sheet will be emailed to you within 24 hours from check-in day.
Check-out:
- Unless you have approval, you must check-out on or before the indicated check-out time.
- Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.
You Must Know:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit up to $500 for reservations under 28 nights.
- Reservations longer than 28 nights are subject to $3000 security deposit, full background and credit check.
- You are required to provide a picture of your ID and a selfie picture while holding your ID. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- You can provide the required pictures directly on our portal.
- We have doorbell cameras.
- Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee removal fee and may result in termination of your reservation.
- Parties are absolutely not allowed under no circumstances. This will result in termination of your reservation.
- Our system will automatically check if you have any violent criminal history. If you do, there is a chance we will cancel this reservation.
- Due to the City Ordinance, AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The space was large, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and it felt comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again in the future.
The apartment was very clean, matched the pictures given and fit 4 people perfectly. Check in, communication and check out was easy. The location was not walkable to the major sights of the city so we relied on Uber a lot. Since the apartment is in the medical hospital area, it was very loud and noisy at night with sirens and cars passing by regularly which made it hard to sleep at times. The apartment is well furnished and clean but could use updates in the bathrooms along with hand soap and other minor necessities throughout. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend the North end of Boston instead of the South end.
The apartment was adequate and clean, but it’s clear it’s seen better days. It happened to be a convenient location for an event I was attending, so that was helpful. It’s somewhat close to things, but on the edge of a neighborhood and commercial zone so restaurants and stores were about a 15 minute walk away. Beds are very soft with a lot of give, which didn’t work for my back. The front door scraped the floor and didn’t swing clearly. One of the outlets in one of the bathrooms didn’t work, TVs were missing remotes, and the instructions said to use black cloths for makeup but there weren’t any. The maintenance staff did respond, but because of our short stay, the outlet didn’t get fixed. They did deliver towels and remotes on the afternoon of our second day. Hopefully that will help future guests. It wasn’t horrible, but given that it was in a bit of a drab setting, it certainly wasn’t a warm and cozy Airbnb stay that I’m used to.
