The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the third floor. No stairs need to be taken.
- There is a small gym in the building.
Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.

Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. fifth animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

I booked a couple weeks here and immediately after walking in I knew I made a mistake. The security door doesn’t slam closed all the way so it sits propped open for anyone to walk into the halls. The place was dingy and just looked very used compared to the photos. There was marks all over the walls and everything was just very worn. The furniture is all miniature sized like kid sized idk how to explain it but it didn’t feel like a real home or they tried to hard to keep the tiny apartment “trendy” looking instead of just having normal comfortable furniture inside. It just had an off putting smell and felt unclean and I panicked like I had made a major mistake booking weeks here. Thankfully air bnb allowed me to relocate elsewhere. Just be careful with these big companies that own all these properties they put on air bnb. It says “new listing” but they’ve been cranking stays out of the place for years by the looks of the unit. Aside from that it is very small and dark inside.
Place is great once you're inside and have figured out parking and the 10 different gates/entries access options on the app. We stayed here for 3 nights, I've lived in Austin for over a decade now. the corner of riverside and pleasant valley is not exactly the best that Austin has to offer but the building is nice. pros - good location to the airport. apartment is nice inside and well kept. building is fairly new and gated/secure. cons- parking inside the building after 4pm is nearly impossible. we parked outside the building 2 out of the 3 nights, once at the O'Reilly and another at the HEB across the highway. not my favorite place to leave my car without having to Uber back from a paid parking lot. the 3rd night I parked long the side of the fireplace (risking towing) but there were 4 cars total parked there every night...so it's a bit of a thing for that parking lot. There was construction or maintenance noise most mornings..the dumpsters are near the bedroom window = loud.
super clean, and really easy to use apartment. really enjoyed my stay.
