Great historic neighborhood with lots to do. Host was super helpful and responsive.
Our experience was overall good. The place is just what was described. Spacious, living room and bedroom are modern and comfortable well stocked, clean, great view, conveniently located! Great communication! It’s in Chinatown, and of the many places we visited while there, this was the most “sketchy”. Just arrived at night and wondered if this is what we would find all over Boston. Not at all. Boston was clean and we saw very few homeless. Our experience - it was just near Chinatown. Our block. The noise was more than street noise. ?? We were prepared for cars and horns. But sirens were pretty frequent, 4:30am deliveries to local Chinatown businesses, garbage truck may have come every early early morning (wasn’t sure what it was). All right beneath you. And the windows are paper thin. White noise helped some. :) We slept all right. For me, the central location and the view, I would probably stay again. My husband who is less flexible probably would not. Thanks for hospitaliity!
This location was great for four adults looking to tour Boston historical sites, bars and restaurants. It was all about location and this place was within walking distance for many restaurants, bars and historical sites. Tatte cafe across the street had amazing breakfast and desserts. Green and orange lines took us to quickly, everywhere. The location was very busy at night with traffic, emergency vehicles and college kids having a good time. We enjoyed it but someone with little kids may not. We felt safe everywhere we went!
