- 4x guests maximum. Infants/Babies are ok as additional.

- 1x king bed, 1x queen bed, and 1x queen floor mattress.
- Elevator in building.
- Roof top pool. 'from memorial day weekend until mid Sept'
- Pool open from 10AM until 7PM.
- Pool is closed during rainy days.

Checkin:
- Pick up keys from location 0.5 miles from apartment.
- Self check-in.

Security:
- 24/7 building security.

Parking:
- No parking available. Use SpotHero app to find parking in the area.
- We don't recommend driving in Boston.

Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
- You must let us know if you have a service animal.
- Emotional support animals are not allowed.
- Service animals must be accompanied at all time and must have a service animal harness at all time.

Important requirements:
- You must be 25 years or older.
- We require our guests to submit a check-in form online via our portal.
- We do require a copy of your ID submitted on our portal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- This reservation is subject to a security deposit not more than $500.
- If your reservation is over 28 nights, we require a security deposit of $5000.
- Security deposits are refunded within 7 business days from your check-out date.
- Security deposits can be submitted via our portal.

ZERO-TOLERANCE-POLICY:
- You must be 25 years or older. If you are under the age of 25 then your reservation will be canceled.
- Smoking will result in a smoke removal fee of $350.
- Complaints regarding smoking will result of termination of your reservation.
- Parties and events are NOT allowed whatsoever.
- If you're going to use this apartment for commercial filming then you MUST contact us for an approval prior to booking.
