- Quiet hours are 9PM?8AM. No loud music or disturbances - please respect the neighbors.
- A refundable security deposit (up to $350) may be required per HOA guidelines.
- Stays of 28+ nights require a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Expect some street noise due to central location.
- No parking available - street parking is permit-only and violations may result in a $100 city fine, and the city may tow your vehicle.
- We don't recommend bringing a car to Boston.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed per HOA rules.
- A copy of your ID is required and must be submitted via our portal after booking and before checkout.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are found to have a violent criminal history.
It was good. Everything was really well-organused. They did not have wine glasses, but we bought and left them 4 pieces) Sound islotation was not good, as we heard almost all moves and steps of our neighbours. For us it was not big problem, but we have two toddlers, who moved actively. Sorry, if we desturbed our neighbours! It was impossible not to move ;-)
Overall this is a wonderful AirBNB. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again. A few take aways from our stay. There is a broken tv in one of the bedrooms that needs to be replaced. There are no blinds in the bathroom with the shower. We placed a towel on the window as a quick fix. There is no immediate parking at the house. The street parking requires a resident parking pass from 10 am to 6pm Monday-Friday. During the week, we parked acrossed the street from park which is a 2 minute walk away. On the weekends you can park on the street of the house with out fear of being ticketed by the city. Their are noise sensors in the house. I guess as a deterrent for parties. On top of the price you pay for AirBNB with the fees and taxes added, you will be required to pay at $250 security deposit to a third party sight. I received my $250 deposit back immediately after check out. All in all this is great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time here.
This is the perfect place for a long-term stay. The apartment has everything you need and the host was very helpful and responsive. Great access to public transport and walking distance to a beach. Highly recommend!
