- Stays of 28+ nights require a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Expect some street noise due to central location.
- No parking available - street parking is permit-only and violations may result in a $100 city fine, and the city may tow your vehicle.
- We don't recommend bringing a car to Boston.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed per HOA rules.
- A copy of your ID is required and must be submitted via our portal after booking and before checkout.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are found to have a violent criminal history.
This is my first Airbnb rental, and I was so disappointed. Spent over $6,000 to rent this unit in Boston. It is a nice place, but the gas was turned off midway through the rental. So no hot showers, no cooking in the kitchen, no way to wash clothes in warm or hot water for 9 days of the 29 day rental. We felt stuck and it was impossible for us to change units midway through the month due to work hours. Evonify was terrible with its customer service. We kept getting generic messages that the matter was being looked into, but we went over a week with no resolution. I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but Evonify was absolutely awful to deal with. I'm a fair person, and that's all I ask in return. Airbnb said their policy is a 30% refund for effected days. So for the 9 of 29 days we were without essential utilities, I received a refund of $469.83. I agreed to that just because the entire situation was so frustrating. Unfair in my opinion. I'd stay away from this host.
