The Apartment:

Important Notes:
- Security doorbell camera is in use.
- Absolutely no parties allowed - any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay and legal action.
- Quiet hours are 9PM?8AM. No loud music or disturbances - please respect the neighbors.
- A refundable security deposit (up to $350) may be required per HOA guidelines.
- Stays of 28+ nights require a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Expect some street noise due to central location.
- No parking available - street parking is permit-only and violations may result in a $100 city fine, and the city may tow your vehicle.
- We don't recommend bringing a car to Boston.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed per HOA rules.
- A copy of your ID is required and must be submitted via our portal after booking and before checkout.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are found to have a violent criminal history.
apartment was clean, bed comfortable, had to go out and get toilet paper as one roll was provided for almost a full week, but otherwise would consider staying here again when returning to Boston.
Their ability to resolve on going issues with the leak in the apartment was extremely poor. Since they’re third party they have gaps between communication with the landlord. Even after promised refund for the affected nights they didn’t respond back and never reached out to me or Airbnb again. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed with their service and will not be staying with them again.
Great stay- super nice and lots of room. Looked brand new!
