- Quiet hours are 9PM?8AM. No loud music or disturbances - please respect the neighbors.
- A refundable security deposit (up to $350) may be required per HOA guidelines.
- Stays of 28+ nights require a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Expect some street noise due to central location.
- No parking available - street parking is permit-only and violations may result in a $100 city fine, and the city may tow your vehicle.
- We don't recommend bringing a car to Boston.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed per HOA rules.
- A copy of your ID is required and must be submitted via our portal after booking and before checkout.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are found to have a violent criminal history.
The apartment is lovely from the inside. They provided nice Furnature and fully equipped kitchen. The location is not bad and the area is very quiet. The host mentioned that there is no available parking on the property and the street. However, lack of parking options is a huge problems. No nearby garages and had to park the car about 2 miles away. There some parking spots on the street but hard to find and I noticed several cars had been towed away. May be the neighbors complain. Other than that, apartment is lovely.
There’s 1 full bath. Evening #1 we reported shower knob fell off (pics sent) and that water was ice cold w/ no more than 1-2 mins of warm water. We provided permission for host to enter the premises w/ or w/o our presence, to assess / fix problems - this never occurred. When asked for updates, host uses empty phrases, such as “we’ll coordinate with our ground team & update you,” and “we’ll check with our maintenance team & let you know when we hear something,” to string you along & to prevent actually addressing the problems. No real updates were ever provided despite numerous requests. As we pointed out to host, it’s 2024 and had the problems actually been addressed, information from their “team” would be a cell phone call away. Deep in their reviews, issues w/ lack of hot water are clearly long standing, and they have a reputation of empty promises re: issue resolution. Don’t book if you value useful communication, expect decent customer service, or unless you love ice cold showers!
This was a great stay! Just a note: please make sure you pay attention to the parking situation. If you have a car, you will need to find somewhere to park it. Other than that, everything about our stay was easy and relaxing!
