The Apartment:
- Accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 queen beds.
- 1 full bathroom + 1 half bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay.
- Free in-unit washer and dryer.
- Located on the first floor (stairs required).
- Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request (additional fees apply).

Important Notes:
- Security doorbell camera is in use.
- Absolutely no parties allowed - any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay and legal action.
- Quiet hours are 9PM?8AM. No loud music or disturbances - please respect the neighbors.
- A refundable security deposit (up to $350) may be required per HOA guidelines.
- Stays of 28+ nights require a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Expect some street noise due to central location.
- No parking available - street parking is permit-only and violations may result in a $100 city fine, and the city may tow your vehicle.
- We don't recommend bringing a car to Boston.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed per HOA rules.
- A copy of your ID is required and must be submitted via our portal after booking and before checkout.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are found to have a violent criminal history.
