Clean and nice place I really recommend
We were a full house of 10 people. This was good value and a pleasant stay. Fine neighborhood. Coffee shops, restaurants, groceries and public transport nearby. The apartment is nice and clean (except the stairwell carpet which needs a serious scrub down, but I don't think that's on the regular cleaning crew.) The bedrooms are adequately sized and reasonably furnished. There are a few deficiencies that become problematic when the place is fully occupied: eg the second bathroom's shower is almost not functional, quite a few broken doorknobs and hanging hooks, one of the bedroom fans is permanently on etc. The biggest issue though is the kitchen is woefully inadequate for a place that sleeps 10. Our best attempt at making something was a few eggs for breakfast. Want to boil water for pasta or assemble a sandwich - ie pretty basic stuff? Forget about it. For the price, and given we were doing a lot in Boston away from the Airbnb, we would stay again with slightly lower expectations.
Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were nice, as was the kitchen and bathrooms. However, the Evonify staff were very unhelpful. We originally messaged them about a problem with one of the fans in the room and their response was, “ground team” will look into it. No one looked into it. However, the more egregious problem was when we contacted them about a mouse we saw in the kitchen and there was no offer for help, bringing traps, reimbursement, or really anything besides a, “I’m sorry for that”. Overall the property is nice, in a good location, but definitely some things to be worked on.
