Logement agréable et propre, l’hôte est réactif aux messages et apporte de nombreuses solutions à nos demandes. Le logement est fidèle aux photos. Les Lits sont confortables. L’accès au logement est facile avec les codes numériques. Le logement n’est pas loin des commodités du centre de Boston. (15 minutes en voiture) , (30 minutes en transports). J’y ai passé 10 jours très agréables avec ma famille.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this host. They are a large corporation, their customer service is terrible, they requested payment outside the app (pretty sure this is against Airbnb's policies) , & the apartment was a wreck. The heat didn't work & door knobs were literally falling off. On top of these issues, they made the whole experience way more inconvenient than it needed to be. I had hoped to take a day away from work to disconnect. Instead, I ended up spending a ton of my time communicating with them via 3 different platforms and doing numerous tasks within their "portal". I received an unreasonable number of emails & text messages throughout the night and morning, including a 7:01am notice to "check out soon" and a "noise complaint" shortly after we had arrived. The "noise complaint" literally said it was due to us "walking back and forth". We arrived around 10:30pm, which they hadn't specified was too late, quietly found our rooms, and went to bed.
