It's my second time staying. It's still a great stay.

I really liked the location and the unit, it was very space efficient and modern. The management team was a mixed bag. On one hand they would always respond quickly and even made an exception for me when I had to change my dates. But on the other hand I had a pretty significant issue that was handled very poorly. I received a notice on the door saying the utility bill hadn't been paid. I notified them and they said they would take care of it. A few days pass and I wake up one morning to no power. I scramble to find some place for Wi-Fi for work and they tell me they're going to fix it. I asked them twice to tell me when it's fixed so that I can return home. After 8 hours I hear nothing from them and I go home to find the power has been fixed and no one told me. Trying to get reimbursed hasn't been simple either, I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Overall it's a cool place and I think I just got unlucky, but I wish they would have been better at updating me.
