What an amazing location! We were able to walk back from ACL in less than 35 minutes! Avoided all the traffic and got a nice walk! We never saw any neighbors or heard any noise. Quaint, cute apartment.
Great little apartment, beautiful full kitchen, excellent location within walking distance to downtown and beautiful neighbourhood, very responsive host. I would highly recommend this place
The good: • Value for what I paid was good compared to other places • It is close enough to walk to the west part of downtown—seemed safe enough to walk to and from at night • Parking was not an issue • Clean • Comfortable bed • Responsive What could’ve been better: • Slightly confusing check-in instructions. There were two codes provided but found out through conversation that only one of them was applicable • Remote for the ac unit was missing a battery. Had to follow up with the management company to get another battery the next day • The walls are a little thin since I was able to hear the neighbor when in the bathroom or if the bathroom sliding door was not closed • Water temperature for the shower was more complicated than it needed to be. I had to figure out through trial and error over two days where to move the handle so that it wouldn’t burn my skin. Reported to the management company but their maintenance team does not work on the weekends
