the host was very responsive. the apartment was clean and comfortable. location was great
A few issues at first, but overall a nice spot in a great location for a good price. There was no hot water upon my arrival with a couple stains (marks) on the sheets, but the host had these things fixed the next day. There was however a good amount of mold on the shower curtain. Something to be aware of: The photo they provide in the listing of the parking lot is actually at a separate address next to the actual Airbnb. This was very confusing. I had to park my car at a separate complex (with very limited spots) and lug all of my bags over to the actual location during the rain at night. There were also signs posted all over the lot saying not to park there unless you are a resident of the other complex with a permit, otherwise they tow. I asked the host about this and they assured me it wasn’t a problem, but I still ended up parking out on the street just to be safe. Overall, it’s a cozy spot for a good price and the host was responsive. I’d rent again.
The location was a great value for the location, price and amenities. But what really stood out was Evonify’s communication from the origination of the booking all the way to checkout. They truly went above and beyond, and I’d love to rent from them again soon!
