We very much appreciated …. + unit being reasonably priced + having a responsive host / co-host + good layout + location near UT + quiet neighborhood + access to free parking + easy self check in + apt chilled before arrival + well equipped kitchen + TV in all rooms + two basin bathroom We minded …. - no signs to point guests to apt - mattress and pillows not comfortable. I slept on couch - main AC filter was not clean - very noisy AC unit - unreasonable choice of a late check in time (5pm) or a $35 fee for earlier check in time (2pm) - fridge door needs maintenance - kitchen sink water doesn’t flow well - although the unit comes with a dishwasher, it would be helpful to provide a sponge / dish soap and a dish rack esp for short stays - pool did not look clean or inviting
Came for DreamCon and I loved the apartment!! It’s not too far from Austin Convention Center and had plenty restaurants to choose from. The place matched the description and the beds were soft and comfortable. The only thing was the shower curtain being dirty at the bottom. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Austin!!!
