We first check in 2 hours after the check in time, and was surprised to see the place a mess. When I went to message them, they said they have to move us due to the original spot having a “water leak.” Mind you, this isn’t the morning before check in, this is two hours into check in time. We were moved to a apartment on the other side, but that one was only one bedroom, so they gave us another apartment on the other side of complex again. It was raining and we had to move our luggage back and forth in the weather. When we moved to a different complex, it only one restroom so we had ask for a partial refund as we originally booked for two. It took a while to agree and I had to go to airbnb support but I eventually got it but only a 30% discount, which in my eyes, for what happened, I expected more but I was tired of going back and forth with airbnb support. The place was nice and nice amenities, but the whole situation put a damper on the trip and I wish things were handled better.
Amazing stay! Very nice place for a weekend getaway. Nice and quiet neighbors, 10/10 recommend.
Host was extremely responsive and flexible- we hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
