Very nice and accommodating hosts! We loved the location . Everything was convenient and easy access to the train. We want to come back and rent it again.
This stay exceeded my expectation once again! Not only was the host extremely kind, responsive and accommodating but you literally have EVERYTHING you need here. Utensils, laundry pods, pots and pans. Amazing location. My #1 place to book while in Boston. Thanks again to the amazing hosts :)
We enjoyed the apartment. It was just like the photos, and the entry was easy. It was directly across the street from the train, and there was a grocery downstairs. When we returned from being out all day the second night, we opened the door, and every light was on, and someone had looked through all our things. They even left the remnants of their dinner for four on the table and trash everywhere. We initially didn't think anything was stolen because they didn't take our laptops. We had our other items of value with us. After we checked out, we discovered they had taken a photo of my son's company credit card, which he had left on his nightstand. He started receiving fraudulent charges on it the next day, and it was shut off. Whoever entered the apartment had the door code. The management team responded via text and expressed concern. They reported the next day that a new cleaning person had been hired, and they terminated them. We were offered $100 refund, which we accepted.
