The description of this location as a "Luxury Condo" is not at all accurate. This is a small, dirty apartment that's been given a pretty decent facelift. I'm not going to say the place is a dump or anything but it is far from luxurious. However, my problem is because of the terrible upkeep. The moment me and my other guests walked in the place smelled terrible. As we became more acquainted with the place, the less we liked it. After you look past the obviously upgraded things like the countertops and the standing shower, you start to notice the dirty walls in terrible need of new paint. There was a smoke detector that needed a new battery that let out an annoyingly loud beep every 30 seconds for the duration of our visit. The bed linens were stained. The shower was dirty and had hair all over it. It just doesn't meet the expectations I had from the description. This place needs more upgrades and better maintenance, plain and simple. I was highly disappointed overall.
Very clean, tidy/simple (no clutter) Airbnb that was clearly a recent remodel. Great location directly across from the Orient Heights T stop. Restaurants and convenience store right below, for easy meals and necessities. So convenient! Only potential issue is the location’s noises which took a bit to get used to since we don’t have city noises at home. We didn’t hear any neighbors, and apt is on the top floor, but woke early with the street and subway noises. Overall a great and highly recommended home base for a Boston or East Boston visit!
Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston. Less than 10 mins from the airport - direct access to train lines, local restaurants in walking distance, and the apartment matched pictures exactly. Definitely will stay again next time I’m back in the city :)
