We had a great stay here!! Place was beautiful. Train Noise did not bother us because we sleep heavy, it may other light sleepers. The only issue was the parking. The host did mention about no private parking, however even streets parking overnight were only for Boston residents so we have to find another private parking (paid separately) which was 0.3-0.9 miles away and Uber back/forth to the Airbnb, it was a little hassle for us since we found this out kind of last minute. One of the table had no screws on so I had to let the host know about that before hand to make sure I don’t get charged for it. She was great with communication. I just wished host was more clear on the parking, Place was much cheaper than the other places with lot of space so I can’t complain!

THERE IS NO PARKING. NOISE AT ALL HOURS, DAY AND NIGHT. These are important details that the host intentionally leaves out or hides in listing so you don't see them. This listing (and the others in the same building from the same host) all fail to mention that there is constant noise and light from outside. No black out curtains or any other attempt to mitigate the effects of the constant traffic, the nearby fire station, the train station across the street, or the airport a few blocks away. Wi-fi does not work, thereby rendering the TV useless (no antenna for local channels even). If you arrive with a car, you will have to park at a public parking lot about three blocks away and walk back to the listing location through a pretty rough neighborhood. The water never gets above lukewarm at best, so the showers will be uncomfortable. Some of the furniture is missing screws and coming apart. The entire place looks like an IKEA catalog, but on a minimalist budget. It is a cold and sterile place with nothing cozy about it at all. Shower fixtures coming apart during use, toilets that are not installed properly and tip when you sit on them. Thanks to the massive security deposit they force upon their guests before arrival, there was this constant fear that they would take our money and blame us for their broken items. As an added bonus, you can enjoy hauling your luggage up the stairs, there is no elevator in the building. You are instructed to not mention to anyone that you are an airbnb guest, giving the impression that the host subletting these units without the landlord's knowledge. This listing gives all airbnb hosts a bad reputation. There are quality listings out there, but this is not one of them, yet. Hopefully they fix their mistakes and do better in the future.
