Great communication. Very clean place and just as described!
This was an absolutely terrible experience. Our checkin instructions said that the unit would be ready at 5 pm. It wasn't ready at 5 so we had to wait to go to the unit. We waited over an hour before heading to the unit. Keep in mind we chose this listing because it was close to the airport. We went to exact address on the listing and no one was there. We messaged the owner he sent us a totally different address than what was on the listing. We had to Uber over 20 minutes. Once we got there, the number on the address was wrong so we didn't know where to enter. A stranger on the street asked what we were doing and he walked us up the building to access the Airbnb unit. However, he confirmed he wasn't part of the ownership team and the cleaners in the unit confirmed he wasn't either. This made us very uneasy in terms of security. That night, the WiFi network they provided was unavailable and it took them 5 hours to respond with the proper WiFi and password. Never stay here!
A nossa estadia foi EXCELENTE. O apartamento é sensacional, espaçoso, limpo, confortável. Wi-Fi muito bom. O nosso anfitrião Jean sempre pronto para ajudar. E o apartamento fica na frente de uma estação de metrô/trem que facilita muito o deslocamento para os pontos mais centrais de Boston. Muito obrigado!
