Jean is an awesome host and very responsive. The place is fully renovated and fits the description. Location is good and easy to get around. Parking is a challenge. The first two nights, some guests made very loud noises past midnight and the soundproof is very poor. When hot water turns on, the room got over heated. We have to turn off the hot water every time after the shower. It’s a pleasure to communicate with Jean and we appreciate that.

Good - very clean and nice interior. Clean linens and functional kitchen. Bathrooms looked new and good water pressure. Also had washer/dryer. Coffee supplied Bad - to tissues anywhere. Limited towels. Room exterior door was loose when locked. Lock wouldn’t 100% lock. All doors had major loud squeaks. Hard to be quiet. No info on local tour locations on site. No place to set up luggage or dresser for clothes. Had to live out of suit cases. Had an early flight in. Asked multiple times for early check in and out. Was told to contact as trip got closer. Only to have no flexibility. Had to keep luggage with us for hours as we waited to gain access. If you have no flexibility then don’t advertise you will. And at the very least don’t lead me on that you “might”. Just tell me no. Over all the stay was clean and secure. Good response time when we had questions. Worked for what we needed.
