- Free parking on premise for TWO CARS ONLY. NO TRAILERS/BIGVANS..ETC.
- 4.4 miles away from Harvard square.
- 16 mins walk to commuter rail Fitchburg line which can take you to north station in downtown Boston.
- 20 mins walk to star market and planet fitness.
- This unit is subject to noise.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

Excellent service!
As a remote corporate owner, Evonify seems unable to provide reliable conditions. (1) The instructions said to enter a sliding door in the back that doesn't exist, and gave various codes and PINS without explaining what they were for. (2) One of the bedroom window blinds is a disaster. (3) One of the bedroom lamps doesn’t work, because there’s no switch handle. (4) The kitchen trash container is stuck, will not open. (5) The toilet seat is half unfastened. (6) The dining room dimmer does not work. (7) The pedal for opening the bathroom waste container no longer exists. (8) One of the bedroom door handles is loose and may fall off if something isn’t done. (9) When we went to wifi, a pop-up said we could simply push the router button to connect. But we couldn’t find the router. At least the telephone people answered and were responsive, and the place would be comfortable if it were maintained, but that's apparently difficult for a remote company to do.
Not amongst the best places we have stayed... but also not amongst the worst.
