- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

The building is old, but the apartment is a good size and clean. Good location, close to Boston by car. However, be aware that the space is not completely as advertised and you are dealing with a company and not a typical AirBnB host: 1. The space “reserved” for parking was taken by a different renter. 2. The unit is advertised as “strictly non-smoking”, but the tenant in the unit below is a smoker. The entire unit constantly smelled slightly like smoke, but whenever the person downstairs started smoking, the smell became incredibly strong throughout. 3. The TiVo/streaming services did not work during our stay. Despite clear communication from the get-go, nothing was done to fix these issues during our stay and nothing was done afterwards to remedy the situation. After multiple attempts to call customer service, I was only ever able to speak with someone via text and only ever received assurances that “we will let management know right away”. Would not recommend Evonify as a host.
The house is a nice size, and had a good amount of space for our party of 6. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets. The kitchen had lots of the basics-plenty of dishes, silverware, a toaster, a coffee maker but not much if you want to actually cook meals. One large pot and one small pot. No frying pans or hot pads, or spatulas, so that was a bit of a bummer for us. The stairs are steep and narrow, so not good for anyone with mobility issues. The location was great, easy access to Boston, Harvard Square, etc. A variety of restaurants nearby, and a little corner market close by. Also worth noting is that you apparently can’t park on the street overnight. Someone parked in the driveway and we parked on the street and did not come back out to move the car and we got a ticket, so make sure you use the driveway. I appreciated that they provided toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo and body wash. All in all very worth the money we paid and comfortable.
