- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

I booked a first-floor room for a 22-day stay, emphasizing its importance due to 2 elderly people, 2 children, and many suitcases. Despite prior confirmation, 7 days before check-in and after full payment, I was informed of a last-minute switch to a 2nd floor apartment, with different number of beds, due to the owner's decision. Upon arrival, the apartment had several issues (I sent photos): cockroaches, dirty dishwasher, leaking sink, strong cigarette odor, broken blinds and missing microwave disc. Maintenance was slow, taking 2 days to address a blocked kitchen sink. Despite our 22-day stay for 6 people, only 5 bath towels were provided, and acquiring additional towels took over 24 hours, with repetitive inquiries. The basement laundry room was locked with my clothes inside, requiring 4 hours for resolution. This experience with Evonify was terrible, unlike my usual trouble-free Airbnb stays. Despite complaints to Airbnb, they only refunded 2 nights (I stayed 22).
The place was exactly like the posted pictures. The directions were unclear on how to get to the house. Overall the was not bad.
