- 16 mins walk to commuter rail Fitchburg line which can take you to north station in downtown Boston.
- 20 mins walk to star market and planet fitness.
- This unit is subject to noise.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

We loved it it was very cute and cozy
Affordable and very spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking right in the front is very convenient. We booked last minute so we were glad they could accommodate us. Two things to note: - The lock on the backdoor was broken when we arrived. The neighborhood seemed safe but it was still a safety concern - Other reviews have noted the cigarette smell. Seemed to have come from the unit downstairs and it’s quite intense
I would not stay there! Dirty and not clean. As soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke, we did stay one night but couldn’t take the smell, it was coming from the apartment below. The couch was broken, the microwave was broken, hard to get in because the lock didn’t work right. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and stains on the rugs. Dead bug remnants in the silverware holder. We couldn’t use the bathroom draws, because they were dirty and had hair in them. Just gross!! I have asthma and it was hard to breathe because of the air quality. Management wouldn’t give a refund so we had to go through Airbnb who was very helpful. Took pictures for proof. The outside entrance was also dirty, pieces of broken glass on the stairs going up. The trash cans were filled and overflowing with garbage. Maintenance man did show up, brought a new microwave but ultimately couldn't fix the air quality and other issues. I would never use this management company again.
