There were several problems with this home: 1. The check in instructions were not clearI had to wait 45 minutes in order for the management company to explain how to enter the check in code 2. there was a horrible smell throughout—it seemed like cleaning chemicals mixed with heavy floral scents. The worst was in the bedrooms, the rugs had this strong odor. 3. You need a car—it’s not centrally located. 4. endless amounts of roach bait boxes in each room—and it didn’t help because waking up at night to use the bathroom I would always see a cockroach. 5. No ventilator in bathroom—after showering it gets super damp 6. The lights flicker in the bathroom and bedroom so it’s not very bright 7. The entryway stairs are very narrow and spiderwebs all throughout entrance 8. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is—it’s quite old and not well maintained. 9. there is also an attic door in one of the bedrooms, at night I could hear a constant creaking—I think an animal is there.

There is major cockroach infestation issues here and she refused to compensate even though I paid for 3 full weeks and left after two nights due to cockroaches throughout unit. The suggestion was that they would send a termite person to investigate which still did not show up after two nights. I don’t complain over much but this is just unexpected not to mention even after sending photos host refused to do anything. Do not stay here no matter what. Better off staying in a 2 star hotel!!

Don’t even waste your time there are a lot of things that are broken. The windows in the back are broken. The place is not up-to-date or upscale, and they had the nerve to ask for a security deposit.
