- Three bedrooms and one bathroom.
- Self flexible check-in via a keypad.

- This unit has 2x queen size beds and 2x twin/single size beds. The sectional turn into a sofa bed.

- Washer/Dryer is in the basement and is shared with other tenants.
- Free parking on premise for TWO CARS ONLY. NO TRAILERS/BIGVANS..ETC.
- 4.4 miles away from Harvard square.
- 16 mins walk to commuter rail Fitchburg line which can take you to north station in downtown Boston.
- 20 mins walk to star market and planet fitness.
- This unit is subject to noise.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Pets are not allowed.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.
- Smoking and parties are prohibited. Quite hours are 9pm to 8am. Loud music is not allowed as well.
