The place was great and convenient while visiting NYC. We took the train from Elizabeth station to Penn station. The frequency is not as high so make sure to look at the timings beforehand. The host was very responsive to questions and easy to contact. Definitely recommend! Beware that if you're parking, the entrance to the apartment is at the ground floor with an open door getting you to the back of the building. We got a little lost while getting in but after the first try, it was easy to navigate. Everything in the apartment is what one might need for a trip and is exactly as shown in the photos. Good job on Evonify's for a perfect AirBnB experience!
I will keep this short and sweet. DON’T RENT FROM “evonify properties. 1. I read the reviews, before coming NJ to bury my cousin and her 9 year old daughter. I look for a property on Air BnB- I found one. 2. I saw there was a hot water issues and figured, this will be a small fix And from the date of the complaint. 3. I emailed the property, PRIOR, to booking to ensure the hot water issue was fixed 4. I got a reply from the property stating it was fixed. So I booked and I was at ease. 5. I arrived in NJ with my family. I went to shower and it was cold . 6. I called for help and for no fix for 4 days, which included no hot water for all of the stay. Also they stopped responding to me. 7. I contacted the support line for Air BnB and they insulted me with an 11 dollar refund. No hot water after checking with property during a steady 48 degree temperature average during our stay- it was cold. Simply I was lied too and you will be next. I am a man of my word. #ReviewPower
The unit was new cozy feeling!!! All modern but warm feeling I would definitely stay there again!!!
