So, this apartment actually seemed cozy, but it's in a location where there were many residents who seemed hostile and who smoked a lot of marijuana, the smell was strong. I also asked the host to fix the bathroom sink because the water came out in a trickle and the shower was very weak, making it difficult to wash the soap off your head. They also said the washing machine would also dry, but no, it doesn't. I had to bring all my wet clothes home. The dishwasher also didn't work. The front door had a huge gap underneath, making it easy to break into the apartment. In the garage, there are some guys smoking marijuana, looking very mean. I asked him to send someone to fix at least the sink and shower, and in the two days that I had it, no one showed up. They also don't have many pots, just two, and there are no plastic containers or paper towels. I found the price relatively high.
Ok deal for the cost…. A few items needed attention, especially the water coming out of the bathroom sink was a trickle, but the shower was good. Curtain rod in bedroom was about to fall off. The bathroom looked like it was prepping for a renovation. Toilet paper holder was gone from the wall and nowhere in the shower to put toiletries. Clean overall and well stocked though! Kitchen was very nice!
