The location is convenient, there is a supermarket very close and it is also not far from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable but the maintenance/hygiene is not good, the bathroom light was burnt out and the shower was clogged with hair (it didn't drain water). The service during our stay was great, but in addition to the amount paid at AIRBNB, I had to make an extra refundable deposit of $200, which, despite being inconvenient, I found acceptable since unfortunately many guests They could damage something in the apartment, but 14 days have passed since the date they said they had made the return and I still haven't received the refund, really very inconvenient, since to rent the apartment I had to pay the amount immediately.
For the money, just stay at a hotel. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers. Imagine my dismay when after 2 minutes of trying to figure out the robolock, I open the door not to a breath or fresh, “luxurious” air, but a strong waft of soy sauce. Over the course of the next 12 hours, I unfortunately, did not go nose-blind. The entire apartment smelled of soy sauce for my whole stay. The bed frame was so creaky and the legs were bent; I would not have been surprised if it gave out overnight. Additionally, the walls are paper-thin. I heard way too much of someone’s singing in the middle of the night. The blinds did not open or close properly in the living room, which is a big problem for a first-floor apartment. After paying through AirBnb, it just gets weirder. I had to log onto their “dashboard,” take a picture of my ID, send a picture of myself holding my ID, and then pay a $200 deposit. The only good things were that the host was responsive and it was clean-ish.
Great space !
