I don’t even know where to begin. But for those who don’t like to read long reviews. The short review is: do not rent this place. I needed this place because I was in between leases. So I booked it for about a month. First, the walls are paper thin. I literally did not have one good sleep here. I heard my neighbors having sex, you can hear every conversation, ever door being closed in the other units. It is terrible. I talked to Evonify and they said they can move me to another unit but that was extremely inconvenient as I had boxes and a lot of belonging to pack and then unpack and reorganize. They refunded me for 2 nights, which is just laughable. There is not hot water in the shower. It is lukewarm. I couldn’t cook because the pots and pans and knives and kitchen items are extremely CHEAP. The food gets burnt from those pots. You can’t properly cut your food with the cheap knives. The area is not great, meaning there’s nothing walking distance. Not even a coffee shop. Internet is slow. Don’t even get cell service in the apartment except one part of the place. I paid almost 7 THOUSAND, and it is just crazy. This place in not worth that much. I was in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner apartment in a prime location in jersey city with views of all of Manhattan and our rent was not even this much. I had to change my reservation bc of a family emergency, and they are the most unreasonable people. They refuse to refund me any amount. I asked for s partial refund and they do not care. In short, this isn’t a human owner who wants you to experience their home and enjoy it. This is a greedy capitalistic corporation that charges you for cheap quality. I had to book this place bc it was a last minute booking and it was all I can find. And my oh my do I regret it!!! You can do get more for your money!!!!!
