Locality had people who had difficulty in communication in English. mostly they understood and spoke Spanish. Local neighbourhood was not well kept.
My Stay at this property was okay, the place is far from everything so there really isn't much to do but stay at home and work, you have to take a cab even to get to the train station, also the 5pm check in is just not a fair game, I left Maryland really early in the morning on the Amtrak express and was in jersey by 7:00 am Now imagine having to walk around Malls and going about other business with suitcases, and I had stuff to do in the city it was really inconvenient , it cost nothing to build a baggage room or have a bag drop off fror such a huge place ........I TOTALLY TOTALLY understand 100% the place has to be cleaned before another guest can check in but it should't take 6 hrs to clean one bedroomed apartments, so they put you in late and kick you out early you are basically paying just for the sleep and if that the case you are better off at a Motel 6. I LITERALLY SLEPT ON THE COUCH never even bothered with the bed coz it was already dark by the time I checked in.
I had a fantastic stay at the Evonify Stays apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. The location was convenient, making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.
