The Airbnb host charged us a $100 cleaning fee, which I assume they apply to other guests as well. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom had stains, some areas needed painting, and one of the beds was broken. Furthermore, the decoration could have been better. Considering the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, we believe the prices should have been lower. Additionally, the quality of the paper towels provided was very poor
This place was an absolute disaster. Windows were left open, rooms not put together, broken drawers, messed up blinds. Walking into one of the rooms the mattress was up against the wall and the bed frame was broken. That’s when we noticed the frame was broken. In the other room the mattress was on but bed frame was also broken. One of the kitchen drawers were broken causing it to not close correctly. The blinds were all bent and when looking closer none of the windows were shut. We contacted the host and they said the problems would be fixed the next day while we went out. Later that night we asked the host if the problems were fixed and was told that the handyman knocked on the door; however, we were told they’d be fixed while we were out and communicated that they could go ahead and enter to fix problems while we were not there and nothing was ever touched. We relayed this to the host once again. Currently trying to get refund but not looking great. Place highly not recommend !!!!!!!
The apartment was clean, very bright. We're a little picky, so my wife did a little floor cleaning and didn't want to take any chances with the kids. Otherwise, we had a good stay! Jean answered all our questions. We had a very nice week there! No complain
