We arrived, the garage elevator was not working & had to figure out how to get in the building.We arrived 3 hrs after check-in ready for bed & maintenance had the door wide open working on the Apt.We were shocked to see strangers in our reservation upon arrival with no uniform identification.The unit was not the one we reserved.The unit was missing a queen sleeper sofa as shown in photos. It only had two queen beds that looked like fulls & one queen sleeper sofa. One guest unfortunately had to sleep on an air mattress that didn't keep air.We reached out to host expressing our issue & they quickly stated that the issue would be resolved but when we returned from our outing there was a new air mattress in a bag sitting in front of the door management had bought.A queen sofa sleeper was to be brought to the unit.Host stated that they would contact management to remedy it & we never heard back.Once again a guest had to sleep on the floor on an air mattress our final night.Stay was a 7/10
Really nice apartment.. neighborhood not so great to me personally. But I’m used to a more quiet area and not a suburb. Other than that. Communication was five star. Cleanliness was five star. Great place. Easy check in and check out. Only wish garage gate would have been closed and not stayed open. Great experience apart from that.
