We had a broken chair and bed upon arrival and reached out to have it repaired. The chair we could’ve overlooked, but I was very concerned about the safety of the bed as the supporting structure was broken and I am currently 6 months pregnant, so upon reaching out to the hosts about my safety concerns I was informed that someone would be coming to fix the problem after we sent the requested pictures of the damage and we were asked to give permission for them to enter the premises which we did. Upon arriving back after a day out with family the bed was still broken so I reached out AGAIN, at which the hosts said they would look into it again and get back to us, at which point we never heard anything back for the remainder of our stay but promptly received all notifications about checking out on time etc. Very inconsiderate and unsafe.

I'm not going to be too harsh on this review because my overwhelming issues experienced immediately upon arrival were eventually rectified via a full refund. However, I would remiss and it would be completely unfair to future guests if I didn't point out a few positives and negatives regarding this location. POSITIVES Evonify does a great job staging their apartments. The decor chosen, the arrangement of furniture and the cleanliness was all on point. Their customer service was also very responsive, even in the wee hours of the morning. NEGATIVES Evonify hosts over a dozen locations in the area. Unfortunately, this particular apartment was lacking in many ways. It only included 3 of the 5 advertised sleeping arrangements, the blinds on all windows were either warped/broken/missing panels, mattresses were extremely lumpy w/ next to no firmness, linens had a few holes & stains, etc. My party arrived at 3:30am, we left by 6:45am Customer Support = 4.5 stars Apartment = 2.5 stars
