I recommend to stay with Evonify stays, They are great host with a good amenities. Everything was great during my stay but the only thing I can comment on is the check-in time as I already received the room after the check in time promised by 30 minutes however the checkin time is too late at 05:00 PM. Great location and very good host with nice room just make sure that people can check-in in time.
Unfortunately, we have only bad things to say about our stay at this Airbnb property. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged, the shower was dirty, and there was no place to put soap, sponges, etc. The bathroom toilet was literally loose, moving left and right when you sat down, and the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and creaked with every step. Also were broken in places. The worst part was the bed. We woke up daily with back and neck pain because it sank so much. Please check the pictures. The environment was unhealthy and definitely not livable. We attended a 4-day event with 19,000 people, and everything was booked, which is the only reason we didn't walk out the moment we entered the apartment. I have videos of everything, but for some reason, I can't attach them here. The clogged sinks, unhealthy bathroom, inhumane bedroom, dirty walls, terrible mattress, and loose bathroom tiles and toilet make this property unfit for guests. It needs to be removed from Airbnb.
Had a great stay here! The apartment looks just like the pictures and it was a great deal and not a ridiculous distance from NYC. We had some trouble getting into the parking garage a few times, but the host was always responsive and helped communicate with building maintenance.
