Não tenho queixa alguma do apartamento, tão pouco de Evonify e Jean. Sempre responderam às mensagens gentil e rapidamente. Apartamento agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. São muito acolhedores e pensaram em muitos detalhes que fizeram a diferença. Tinha tudo que precisava para ter uma estadia confortável e segura. Certamente, me hospedaria novamente com eles, bem como indicaria para amigos. Obs: Deixei um adaptador de plug na tomada para aparelhos tais como os do Brasil que tem padrão diferente do americano (foi a única coisa senti falta) Então, se algum hóspede precisar já terá à disposição. Great!
This was a hard review to do.. I had Apt 600 top floor.. the views were great if the airport, planes coming in and out and even NYC..! While the local contact/management team was responsive in text, the issues I had took too long to resolve.. these included a door that wouldn’t lock when I left the place to go to work! They tried to fix it but didn’t.. offered me another place but the walls/floors were pretty thin on sound protection and going to a middle-apartment was less than appealing. #600 was top-floor/corner unit.. so other than one joining wall and the elevator noise, it was quiet. The local contact/communicating team had to always ‘check with management’ on issues and that’s where the ‘great’ went to ‘good’ or ‘not great’. Just delayed or disappointing responses. Overall, this place was comfortable for the 3 weeks I stayed.. amenities were truly great and location was as well. A good effort, but not quiet ‘great’ yet.
