Great place to Stay

I recently stayed with my family at one of the Evonify units, (unit #508) for 5 days and although the unit was nice looking and clean, there were few things to consider if one decides to book with them Walls are thin ! You can hear everything upstairs and beside. Our booking was for 6 people yet there were no sheets provided for the extra sofa beds, and even though the communication with the host was quite good nothing was done about our issues. Furthermore, there was no kettle, toaster, ice cube trays, wine glasses, frying pan, kitchen towels or bath towels and no extra mattress that was mentioned in my communions prior to arriving. The kitchen essentials are bare minimum, the blinds were broken in both bedrooms so sun was waking us up each morning All the issues were addressed (except the blinds) and we were promised the delivery of missing items every day for our entire stay! it was never delivered! I would not recommend booking with them simply due to the frustration they caused us

This building complex has many units that are being used as Airbnb. Thats why pictures dont match. Its very similar to an hotel with long hallways. 6 floors. The building is a bit dirty. They might need new janitors. 😅 Here is our honest review without trying to discredit Evonify. Pros: Air conditioning works perfect. Each room has its own The unit was clean for the most part and free of clutter. The communication was perfect. Concerns: If you are going with a family and kids keep this in mind. We were two families in total of 7. 3 Kids slept in living room and two couples on each room. The location did not have enough blankets. Only two. So we gave to the kids. We had to buy more toilet paper because only two each bathroom. If you are going to wash, they only have one all in one washer/drier and it takes 5 hours to wash and dry. There are no kitchen towels and minimal utensils in kitchen. This location is like an hotel with minimal things
