First apartment we went too the key pad did not work. We finally made it inside and the place looked like it had not been cleaned and recently vacated. They moved us to another apartment. This place was clean but we noticed some lights out in one bathroom that was not a simple fix. They told us they would have someone there the next day. It took 4 days and when they came my roommate was on nightshift and sleeping(the reason this needed to be done asap). Next I came home from work only to find the entry key pad dead. No way to get in the apartment. A handy man was sent after about 45 minutes. He was not able to get in because there was no spare key. I left for 2 hours and came back and the door had been opened and simply needed batteries. This easily could have been avoided and I was locked out for almost 3 hours. Unacceptable. They offered late checkout for our troubles which is laughable. Never again.
Me and my husband came to jersey for NFL Giants game. The airbnb was nice we really enjoyed our stay . It was very peaceful and clean. The off street parking was very secure for our car. The grocery store we went to was 3min away and that was very convenient for us.the host was very polite and responded every time with in 10 minutes, thank you for that it was well appreciated. I will stay here again.
