Overall is a good place to stay. The property has good performance as it also has some minor inconveniences that we made aware the host. Pros 1. Cleanliness, the property was spotless when we got there. Linens, bathroom, kitchen were very clean and well maintained 2. Amenities such as AC, washer/dryer, Roku TV, basic cooking appliances 3. Gated parking for one car 4. Host very accesible, easy check-in and very prompt to answer any questions we had 5. Very spacious for 6 people Cons 1. Issues in main bathroom do include some loose tiles and a clogged sink 2. Limited shelving in closets and bathrooms 3. Missing blinds and others are broken Grocery shop very close by, and other shopping 10 minutes away. Overall good stay for family of 4-6, very comfortable and accessible. Hope owners can address the minor issues notified.

1. Garage door had problem causing guests problems. Eventually seemed fixed. 2. Room itself was spacious for 4 guests. 3. Bedroom mattress was too worn out unsleepable. must be replaced. 4. Shower curtain too high causing water splash to bathroom floor. 5. slow drain clog in bathroom making it very unusable. 6. AC and kitchen were ok. 7. Having garage space included was helpful.

I rented the place a few days before got the confirmation. On the day of arrival I sent multiple messages to get address and instructions on how to get in from 12:00pm to 11:300pm all I gogott was I’ll get right back to you and after driving from Boston to jersey at 11:30 pm they tell me they were having trouble with the property and they had to cancel the reservation. With no other explanation so me and my family had to go find a place to sleep. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property and management they will leave you with out a place to sleep. I wouldn’t go if at was the last place on earth. Stay away please 🙏🏽. I hate writing a bad review but they didn’t even have any consideration at all.
