- This apartment is on the second floor (no elevator), and stairs are required.
- Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee.
**PARKING**
- Parking for one car in the driveway; please ensure you do not block other vehicles.
- Street parking is restricted to Boston residents only.

The place is convenient. Although there is a bedroom without electricity, the apartment is nice and comfortable.
I experienced horrible communication from Envonify and due to a broken pinpad I had to move locations. I talked with them for an hour before this and had to threaten a refund just so they could move me to a different location that did not have electricity. the lock was also broken. horrible hosts.
The electricity was a big big problem. Even after maintenance the lights were not working. Not to mention they forgot to close and lock our front door. The fridge didn’t work either and our food went bad. The stove and hood didn’t work either. The tv kept turning off and on and eventually wouldn’t turn on at all. The plugs wouldn’t work in most of the unit so we had to charge all our devices in one room. On the bright side host did answer very promptly after I messaged them. There were also lots of plates, cups and cutlery to use.
