Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen lacked a few items that would have been helpful, such as only having one 4” kitchen knife for cooking, melted spatulas and there were no options for a pan that could go in the oven. I would say the kitchen was functional but bear bones. The furniture in the living room was just okay. The couch (also a futon) was fine, the two chairs were uncomfortable and felt like they were going to break when sat in. Fine with little kids but I think would have been uncomfortable for relaxing if our children were bigger. We had an issue with a door not locking and although the co-host was communicative, it did end up taking a whole extra day to get the issue fixed. We enjoyed our stay in the neighborhood, enjoyed having a parking spot, and the stay was simple/straightforward. As with most stays with a middle company, there were no personal touches or recommendations.
It was a very nice place!
