This apartment is one block from our son and daughter-in-law, so it's super convenient. We've stayed twice now in Unit 2. The unit is comfortable, however, some basic maintenance is required if the reality is to match the photos. It was nice to have window ac in each room. Just note that the side bedroom bed is VERY soft, the front bedroom is more firm. Communication is variable between what seems to be the "company" and the "host/manager" - when we were at the unit the host responded promptly to most requests, which was appreciated. However, we did not end up in the unit we had booked and were expecting to be in (and the company did not respond to my inquiry about this). Given this I'm not sure why there is a difference in the prices of each of the units shown? Anyway, overall we had a good visit and it is super convenient for us.
