We stayed here for two nights with my family, occupying a 1st-floor unit adjacent to the building’s entrance. The proximity meant we could hear every tenant’s entry and exit, making it feel as though they were right by our bed. While the first night was manageable, the second night proved challenging due to a birthday celebration in a neighboring apartment. The influx of guests and food deliveries, coupled with smokers stepping out near our window, significantly disrupted our peace. Despite lodging a complaint at 11 PM, the disturbance continued, prompting us to leave at 2:30 AM for safety reasons. The lack of rest not only affected our second night’s sleep but also impacted our drive back to NJ and the following day’s plans.
This place satisfied my family of 5 needs well. The place was spacious and clean, and close to transit and other amenities. Dedicated parking space was also very convenient as most places only have street parking. We would have liked if the beds and couch were more comfortable. Also, not a huge deal, but the photos didn’t match the unit exactly. The couch and decor were different. Again, not a massive deal, we just think it’s important for 100% accuracy when booking a place.
No heat was flowing to bedrooms. Bathroom was warm. Kitchen very little flow. It’s winter. They asked me to turn on off all breakers as none were marked. That’s not safe for some. They said they were sending someone to fix, no one showed and wasn’t resolved. Freezing conditions in middle of winter
