We actually really liked that place. In beginning we had a concern about the safety of the area it’ located but overall experience was very pleasant. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking on the driveway was available and convenient. Clean and very well organized inside. 20 minutes to Boston. We have no concern to stay there again if we have a chance to visit Boston next time.
We enjoyed out stay overall! The place was very clean and the AC worked well considering it was 35 degrees! The only issue is that there was construction on the premises so we were woken up at 7am on Thursday and Friday. Our contact Jean was very quick to respond back and was apologetic. I would definitely recommend this place!
My family of 5 stayed there for 4 nights, below reviews are based on my experiences while staying there. Pros: 1. The house i(apartment) is In a nice neighborhood near coffee shops and restaurants. 2. Easy parking on the driveway and in the back/front of the house. 3. Inside the apartment is clean and spacious. 4. Easy to follow check-in / check-out instructions. 5. Very quiet at the night. 6. Host responded quickly and professionally via email. 7. Clean towels. Cons: 1. Beds and pillows are too soft for me. 2. The driveway is a bit rocky and bumpy. 3. The front stairs to the porch are kind of dangerous. My wife, my father, and I all missed our last step and fell while walking down those stairs. I guess it was because the last step has a different color and height. 4. No hair dryer, no extra paper towels. (maybe they were somewhere in the apartment, but I couldn't find them.) Others: 1. $20/day pet fee. 2. Window AC in both bedrooms and living room. 3. About 20 minutes to Boston downtown. 4. About 30 minutes to the Cambridge area. Overall experience: Good, will recommend to others.
