- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Thanks for a peaceful place to stay while our granddaughter was at Boston children's hospital! It was a nice place to come back to each evening & unwind.
The apartment was very spacious and very clean, with a huge TV, good WiFi and two decent sofa beds in the sitting room. We used one of them for our party of five and it worked well. Communication from Jean was always immediate and excellent. The apartment was sparsely equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and bedclothes and weirdly impractical in places. The kettle was too small and there was no draining board/rack which, when you don't need to use the dishwasher, is annoying. There were no hooks to hang our towels on, just one small rail in the bathroom. Maybe save on the pointless plastic plant decorations and supply more necessities! A smoke alarm chirped the whole time. Getting inside was slightly stressful. The out-of-town location is reflected in the price. It's a little edgy but perfectly quiet and parking is easy, unlike central Boston. Food shops and eating options are very limited but there is a liquor store and Franklin Park Zoo is great and a short walk away.
Cons: We saw a mouse in the living room, which also snacked on our bagels. The many cupboards in the kitchen are mostly empty and the kitchen is not suited for proper cooking, not having key items like sauce pans and a kitchen towel. There is a maximum of only 4 plates, glasses, cups etc., making it necessary to run the half empty dishwasher between every meal. The apartment is very noisy, both because of the thin ceiling with rattling lamps and the many loud cars in the street, in combination making you wake up several times during the night. Pros: Quick communication, modern furniture, public transport takes you to the center of Boston in 25-60 min. In total the apartment is alright if you do not intend to properly cook, which sadly for us is one of the key features we look for in an AirBnB.
