The apartment:

Parking:

Check-in:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $3000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Place was very clean and the kitchen and bathroom had recently been renovated with newer appliances. The host was incredibly responsive and nice. We were a little surprised and disappointed at the lack of amenities, namely in the kitchen. The pots/pans were sparse and the lids did not match. There were also no basic spices or even paper towels to help with cooking. Overall, the place was pretty bare bones, but was very clean, easy to check-in/check-out, and had a very responsive host.
Inside the house was incredible beautiful, You can manage the heat and cold as you much as you want… House had everything you could possibly have… Had a thermostat problem,and my Co-Host immediately fixed it… Jean was super quick at responding my messages and always would do his best to answer my questions no matter what time it is…. Parking was available all the time(street parking) House had very amazing lay out… The only downside of this place is the neighbourhood,and i still found it myself safe enough….
The place was very nice and pretty. Everything was clean and functional. My only complaints are that there was a very loud beeping in the hallway the entire time we were there, and the floors were really creaky, so you could hear people walking around in other apartments. Also, the curtains weren't wide enough to cover the windows fully, so you need to be careful where you stand when changing. Other than that, the place was cozy and pretty and safe.
