- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $3000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

It was a good place to stay on a last minute booking. The place was easy to find and there was no complications to get there. Public Transportation was pretty easy there, its a good several minutes walk but it's pretty quick. The neighborhood is pretty quiet so there isn't much going on. The house was a bit dirty though... we found the bathroom sink with gunk on the inner side of the bowl, the mirrors were dirty when we got there and there was a very weird smell when we got there and while we were there. It smelled like they had not cleaned and sanitized the place properly. For the amount of the cleaning fee, I would've expected it to be pretty clean... Overall, it was a pretty nice place to stay and it was a beautiful home. The decor was beautiful and I really enjoyed staying there.
Terrible stay. The worst stay I’ve ever had. Missing 2 basic beddings such as sheets and quilts. After several rounds of communication and photos sharing, the sheets were provided the second night but still no quilts for the couch beds. Heating the main bedroom is not working and bath tub draining very slow, missing two sets of dishware, these issues were addressed the second night after back and forth communication. Curtains in bed room is too narrow to cover the window, we fix it by ourselves by switching one piece from living room. The floor is cracking. Not recommended.
I loved the interior of this place - the pictures were a good representation. The kitchen could use a few more items like a proper cutting board, colander, and basic pantry items. The beds are on the softer side- so good if that is your preference. The futons in the living room were firm - so good if that is your preference. We chose this location not knowing anything about Boston. Even though we were only a few miles from the colleges we were visiting, it took us at least 20 minutes to travel 4 miles. This location is not in a mixed neighborhood, if that matters to you. Street parking available right in front and not a problem. There was a playing field within driving distance, which was nice for my boys, and I was able to do laundry just down the street from the field. Overall, not a bad experience. Thanks!
